Loving Father, I come to You at the start of this day, aware of my own limitations and grateful for Your endless strength. Some days feel heavier than others, and today I need Your help to carry what's ahead. Fill me with courage when I feel uncertain, and with peace when anxiety tries to take root. Help me to focus on what truly matters and to release what I cannot control. When I'm tempted to rush through the day, slow me down. When I'm tempted to withdraw, draw me back into connection with those around me. Let Your Spirit be my guide in every conversation, every decision, every quiet moment. I don't have all the answers, but I trust that You do. Thank You for meeting me right where I am, with compassion and grace. Walk with me today, Lord.
