Christly provides AI-powered conversational experiences, including text, voice, and video interactions, intended for spiritual reflection, guidance, and companionship. Christly is not a church, clergy service, therapist, medical provider, or legal advisor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Christly, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. No Professional Advice

Christly does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice.

  • Content is for informational and spiritual purposes only.
  • You should not rely on Christly as a substitute for professional advice.
  • If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, seek immediate professional help.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Christly may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

  • Certain features require paid subscriptions or usage-based credits.
  • All payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
  • Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Christly reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or credit models with reasonable notice.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Credits purchased for use within the Service are non-refundable and have no cash value. Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation or expiration.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be imperfect or incomplete.
  • You acknowledge that AI outputs may vary and should be interpreted thoughtfully.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the AI systems
  • Use the Service to generate content that is hateful, violent, or exploitative

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding associated with Christly are owned by Christly Inc. or its licensors. You retain ownership of your input, subject to the license granted below.

10. License to Use Content and Data

By using the Service, you grant Christly a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:

  • Use, store, process, analyze, and transform your content
  • Create aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified data
  • Use such anonymized data for research, analytics, model training, product improvement, and commercial purposes

Christly will not publicly disclose personally identifiable information without consent, except as required by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Christly may suspend or terminate access at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christly Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
