Compassionate God, I'm carrying wounds that I've tried to ignore, but they won't go away on their own. Some of these wounds are old, and some are fresh. Some were caused by others, and some I caused myself. I need Your help to heal. Show me what needs to be brought into the light. Give me courage to face the pain I've been avoiding. Surround me with people who can support me in this process—people who will listen without judgment, who will offer wisdom without fixing, who will walk with me without rushing. Help me to forgive those who have hurt me, and to forgive myself for the ways I've contributed to my own pain. Healing is hard work, but I trust that You are with me every step of the way.
